What do we process your data for?

Management of the list of representatives of companies registered in the contractor profile in order to participate in procurement procedures initiated by EUSKORPORA as the contracting authority.

Management of the public procurement procedure in all its phases, including execution, modifications, extensions, changes in deadlines or price, final amount and termination, as well as decisions to withdraw from the award procedure, not to award or enter into the contract, and incidents attributable to the contractor that have led to its termination.

Management of the data of personnel included in the proposals submitted by bidding companies.
