About the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Euskorpora Annual Event is designed to become a European reference space in the field of artificial intelligence and language technologies,<\/strong> with a special focus on low-resourced languages and placing the strategic value of the Basque language at the center of AI development.<\/p>\n

The event presentations will be delivered in English, Basque and Spanish,<\/strong> and simultaneous interpretation will be available at all times between the three languages.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The growing importance of AI in this field raises key challenges<\/strong> around data, governance, and the development of language models,<\/strong> especially for less-resourced languages. This event brings together European and Basque ecosystem stakeholders<\/strong> \u2014companies, institutions, and the academic community\u2014 to analyze the current state of the sector, share experiences, and generate new collaboration opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The program is structured around two main blocks:<\/p>\n

European perspective:<\/strong> policies, strategies, legal framework, market, and company\/country cases
Local ecosystem:<\/strong> capabilities, needs, and real applications related to the Basque language<\/p>\n

The event aims to strengthen Euskorpora\u2019s role as a connection point between these areas, enabling knowledge transfer and generating real impact in the development of AI for the Basque language.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event is aimed at professionals in AI and language technologies, institutional representatives, companies, researchers, and ecosystem stakeholders.<\/p>\n
